Return, Refund and Exchanges Policy
At Born Minimal, we stand by the quality of our fabrics and the experience they deliver. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it better.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The original packaging and tags are intact
Note: For hygiene reasons, worn or altered products cannot be returned.
What Can Be Exchanged?
- Wrong size? We’re happy to offer a one-time free size exchange on eligible orders.
- Received a defective or wrong item? We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during clearance sales or final markdowns (unless damaged)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at Return@bornminimal.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
- Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup (if applicable) or share return instructions.
- After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
